Peer Support Group For Christian Counsellors In Vancouver
Vision/Mission:
- To decrease professional isolation and strengthen the Christian RCC/CCC community through mutual support
- To give and receive support, through the process of honest, experientially-based sharing
- To increase competency opportunities and to maintain the highest standard of professional practice
- To create and maintain a safe, confidential group where members can share professional knowledge, information, strategies and skills
- To allow professional counsellors to share about how cases are impacting you and how it challenges your walk as a disciple of Christ
What this is not:
- This is not a group to market one’s practice
- This is not an advice-giving/advice-getting group
- This is not meant to replace clinical supervision that may be required – instead, this group is designed to augment your supervision experience
Who is this for?
For Christian RCCs/CCCs who are practicing in the Lower Mainland and share in Soma Counselling and Family Resource’s Vision and Mission

Once every two months
