This workshop gives children, teens or young adults a chance to understand their stress and anxiety and to practice resiliency – so that they are more confident to use them in other situations in the future.
Topics will include:
- What is resiliency?
- Understanding stress and anxiety
- Coping strategies for anxiety
- Recognizing signs and symptoms
- Relaxation techniques
- Counter anxious thinking
- Facing our fears
This workshop is usually limited to 12 spaces due to the hands-on activities involved.
