Managing Stress and Anxiety

This workshop gives children, teens or young adults a chance to understand their stress and anxiety and to practice resiliency – so that they are more confident to use them in other situations in the future.

Topics will include:

  1. What is resiliency?
  2. Understanding stress and anxiety
  3. Coping strategies for anxiety
  4. Recognizing signs and symptoms
  5. Relaxation techniques
  6. Counter anxious thinking
  7. Facing our fears

This workshop is usually limited to 12 spaces due to the hands-on activities involved.
